________Its been more than thirty years from Dr Juan Fernando Armagnague, founding partner, graduate from the University of Mendoza, began in the world of Laws, opening in 1974 the Law Firm Armagnague & Associates. During those thirty years, the firm dedicated in an uninterrupted way to the legal and legislative advising, specializing in Civil subjects, like Damages and Perjuries, and also in Labor Rights, Penal, and Administrative. Numerous publications in the legal scope, and a constant interchange with prestigious local, national and foreign jurists, make the Firm count with an enormous potential of growth and specialization

________Today the Firm is integrated by Dr Juan Fernando Armagnague as founding partner, his partnerDr Juan Leandro Armagnague and three associates, Doctors Carlos Martín, Carla Cruzado and Julio Alberto Landaburu. Counting the possibility of offering a complete bilingual service (English and French) to attend the necessities of the present market.

History:

________Dr. Juan Fernando Armagnague, graduated from the University of Mendoza and founded on 1974 the Firm Armagnague & Associates, advising on Civil, Labor, Penal and Administrative subjects among others, acquiring experience and an enormous baggage of knowledge by the lapse of more than thirty years in the field.
On 1986, he founds the Chair of Constitutional Right at the National University of Cuyo, in which he continues being in charge by aid of antecedents and position. It was in 1993, when in the University of Buenos Aires, he obtained the doctorate in the matter of Constitutional Right defending the thesis on Political Judgment and Jury of Judgment.
His achievements also extended to other countries, with two courses of Posgrade (University of Salamanca, Spain) in the months of January of 2001 and 2002. At the moment he is professor visitor of the chair of Constitutional Right at the University of the Lagoon from year 2003 (Tenerife, Spain), dictating conferences in the Faculty of Right of the University of Nuevo Leon, Mexico, in March of 2001 and at the University of Cataluña, Galicia, Spain, in 2005. He has participated in conferences in the Valladolid Faculty at Spain in January of 2004. In 2005 he haves numerous publications in as much national legal magazines (Argentine Jurisprudence, of Mendoza and Judicial Doctrine) like foreigners (Galician Magazine of Public Administration).
He also developed a prestigious political activity like National and Province Deputy and Conventional Component by the province of Mendoza, being integral member of the Council of the Magistrature of the Province of Mendoza from year 2000 to 2002.

________Its performance as a true intellectual in the Laws field can be seen in his numerous publications: "History of the Right", 1986; "Manual of Constitutional Right", 3 volumes, edt. Depalama, 1995; "Manual of the commented Constitution", 1998; "Procedure before the Council of the Magistrature and Jury of Judgment", edt. Depalama 1999 and "Studies on the State, Constitution and Policy", 2004.
He has directed works about the Right to the Information at the Larroca Publishing house in 2002. At the moment the book "Control of Consitutionality in the Public and Deprived Right" of the Lerner Publishing house in the City of Cordova is in press.
